Your Question:   I did not receive an email confirmation. Why?

There are three reasons you would not receive an email confirmation after ordering.
  1. You did not enter your email address on the order form, or

  2. You accidentally typed your email address wrong on the order form, or

  3. You or your ISP have an email filter that is preventing the email confirmation from getting through to you.
    Have you checked your junk email folder if you have a spam filter?

If you would like a receipt for your order, please email your request to quaild@comcast.net. Please include your name, address, date you ordered, and items you ordered. We will email you your receipt!
