Your Question: I did not receive an email confirmation. Why?

There are three reasons you would not receive an email confirmation after ordering.
- You did not enter your email address on the order form, or
- You accidentally typed your email address wrong on the order form, or
- You or your ISP have an email filter that is preventing the email confirmation from getting through to you.

Have you checked your junk email folder if you have a spam filter?

If you would like a receipt for your order, please email your request to quaild@comcast.net. Please include your name, address, date you ordered, and items you ordered. We will email you your receipt!
